I have long since given up on Adam Sandler. I’ve skipped all but 3 of his movie since 2006 and the newly released trailer for Jack and Jill isn’t giving me any reason to return to the theater to see him anytime soon. The movie follows Sandler as both Jack and his twin sister Jill. If that isn’t enough to scare you away, Al Pacino plays himself, who falls in love with Jill. Yeah, it looks that bad. Plot Summary: "Jack and Jill" is a comedy focusing on Jack Sadelstein (Adam Sandler), a successful advertising executive in Los Angeles with a beautiful wife and kids, who dreads one event each year: the Thanksgiving visit of his identical twin sister Jill (also Adam Sandler). Jill's neediness and passive-aggressiveness is maddening to Jack, turning his normally tranquil life upside down. Katie Holmes plays Erin, Jack's wife.
